Rosemary Lynn Ransom's Obituary
Beautiful Rose Ransom, of Traverse City, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the age of 58 while at the home of her friends Kelly and Kim Petrimoulx in Lake City, MI.
Rose was born in Jackson on July 5, 1963, the daughter of John A. and Nancy Y. (Williams) Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents; niece, Rachel Poole and brother-in-law, Dan Poole, Sr. Rose is survived by her son, R.J. Petrimoulx; sisters, Tina Poole and Patty Ferris; brother, Leroy Smith; loving nephews and niece; aunts and uncles and her boyfriend, Carl Wright.
Rose worked at Kmart for many years at several stores up until they closed. She had such a joy for life that touched all that knew her. Her smile and hugs will be missed, but forever remembered. Rose will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
At her request, cremation has taken place and no public services will be held. For those who wish, contributions in Rose's memory may be direct to her family.
