Ruthann Moore's Obituary
Ruthann Moore, 80, of Brooklyn, passed away May 12, 2023. Ruthann’s celebration of life will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 11:00 am at Cornerstone Community Church, 201 Constitution Ave, Brooklyn. Pastor John Masters will serve as celebrant.
She was born on January 2, 1943, in Jackson, Michigan to Isaac and Emma (Berry) Beverly. Ruthann married the love of her life, Carl Dennis Moore, on July 29, 1961, at Michigan Center Bible Church. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Ruthann shared her love with many children, including her own grandchildren, at her in home daycare for about 10 years. She loved decorating for every holiday, both inside and outside. She enjoyed spending time in her flower gardens. Ruthann had a sweet tooth, when she went shopping with her daughters and granddaughters, she always had to stop for a pop and candy bar. She will be missed by her dog Angel, who was named for Ruthann’s love of angels.
Ruthann will be missed by her husband Carl; her children, Mark (Marilyn) Moore, Michelle (Ron) Lowden, Jennifer Mossolle and Nikkilas (Ashlyn) Moore; grandchildren Matthew (Angela) Rogers, Cody (Kelsey) Rogers, Brandon Moore, Kianna Moore, Jenny Ann Brindle, Maitlynn Mossolle, Paige Mossolle and Emma Mossolle; great grandchildren Deegan Moore, Donavon Moore, Darkess Kouba, London Rogers, Emmett Rogers, Llewyn Rogers, and two more on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents.
