Sally Joan Andrews' Obituary
Sally Joan Andrews, 86, of Jackson, MI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at her home. Sally’s family and friends will gather from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel. Her funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Jim Morrison and Carlton A. Sheley, Jr. of the Summit Church of God will co-officiate. Interment will directly follow services at Roseland Memorial Gardens in Jackson, MI.
She was born on July 27, 1939, in Jackson, MI, and raised by Max and Martha (Powell) Bishop. Sally married Albert Oriel Andrews, on May 30, 1997, in Jackson, MI, at their home. She spent her career caring for the elderly. Sally enjoyed crocheting, doing diamond art and watching the Detroit Lions, the Detroit Tigers and Nascar. She adored her cats, but most of all, her family. Sally’s family was the most important part of her life. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a great, great grandmother, who will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sally will be missed by her children, Cindy (Mike) Vieta, Shelly Fadden (Kenny Wright), Kim (Jim) Jackson, Andrea (Donald) Rock, Robert (Jackie) Andrews, Linda Kimball, Barbara (Lauri) Waisanen, Peggy Pierce, Dale Andrews, and Kathy Eggleston (Scott Faber); numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; and her caregivers from Arcadia Home care, Jen, Yvonne and Nikki. She is preceded in death by her parents, Max and Martha; her husband, Albert; her children, Lucky, Nancy Andrews and Steve Andrews; her grandchild, John Poole; her great grandchild, Alex; her long-time friend, Charlotte; and her close friend/caregiver, Lois.
