Sally Amber Jones' Obituary
Sally Amber Jones, 74, of Jackson passed away unexpectedly, Friday, February 14, 2025. Sally’s family and friends will gather for a memorial service starting at 1:00pm, Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the Brooklyn American Legion Wilber-Bartlett Post 315, located at 211 Chicago St., Brooklyn, MI 49230. A time to gather and share memories will immediately follow the service and conclude at 5:00pm.
She was born on February 18, 1950, in Tecumseh, Michigan to Arthur and Neva (Kanavel) Culbert. She is a graduate of Columbia Central High School. Sally was employed at Jiffy Mix, Chelsea Milling Company for over 25 years. She was a very private person, that kept to herself and never forgot a birthday. Sally loved her family, and her dog, Curly, she also enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Sally was a frequent QVC shopper and loved to regift or repurpose her purchases. She had a special knack for moving in the dead of winter. Above all she cherished her coffee time with Jamie. Sally will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sally is survived by her children, Raymond Jones, James Jones, and Aaron (Carla) Jones; siblings, Sandra (John) Knibloe, Ardis Culbert, Samuel Culbert, and Scott (Shelly) Culbert; grandchildren Mistie Baldwin, Dustin Lawrence, Rusty Jones and Amber Jones; great grandchildren Gabriella Lawrence and Chance Baldwin; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Neva; sisters, Sue Cowling and Julie Culbert.
