Sharon Marie Maurer's Obituary
Age 77, of Napoleon Township, passed away at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home Friday April 17, 2020. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, John C.; daughter, Jodi (Rick) Heselschwerdt; son, Scott (Wendy) Maurer; three grandchildren, Tyler (Bekki) Maurer, Holly and Hunter Heselschwerdt; two great-grandchildren, Ryleigh and Camden Maurer; one sister, JoAnn Fall; several sister-in-laws and brother-in laws, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lavern C. and Marie E. (maiden-Palmer) Kimball. She was employed at Napoleon Township for 23 years, serving most of those years as deputy clerk. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved camping, especially out of their Fifth Wheel Trailer, visiting casinos and boating. Mrs. Maurer has been cremated. The family will hold private graveside services at Napoleon Oak Grove Cemetery.
