Shirley Ann Johnson's Obituary
Age 73, of Michigan Center, went home to be with her Savior March 3, 2017 at CareLink of Jackson. She is survived by three daughters, Brenda (Sammy) Carson, Laurie Smith and Debra (Daniel) Bauman, eight grandchildren, Lindsay, Katie and CJ Carson, Courtney, Cheyenne and Skyler Smith, Sarah and Seth Bauman, sister-in-law Delores Wright, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends at Fatima Parish. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Edward (Jean) and Phillip Wright and her parents, June and Ruth (Narrow) Wright. Shirley retired from Kellogg Industries, formerly served as trustee on the Leoni Township Board, was a dedicated volunteer at church, belonged to the Daughters of St. Francis DeSales Society and was a long time member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 11:00 am with Father Tim MacDonald officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:30 pm and Thursday at the church one hour prior to services. The family would appreciate any contributions in her memory be made to the Fatima Parish. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at CareLink for the compassion and kindness they extended to Mom through her illness.
