Shirley Ann Kemler's Obituary
Age 84, of Jackson, passed away surrounded by her loving family at Countryside Care Center Tuesday, September 12, 2017. She is survived by her six children; Sue (Dannie) Austin, Judy (Billy) Taylor, Audrey Halliwell, Bryon (Angie) Houtz, Michael (Barbara) Houtz and Richard (Carla) Babbitt, many grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alphonzo 'Al' Kemler, great grandson, Marquil Looney-Austin, son-in-law, Donald K. Halliwell and her parents, Jules J. and Lois M. (Wyncoop) Sprite. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, spontaneous auto trips to unknown destinations and visiting casinos. Services will be held at St. Aidan's Church, 361 East Grove, Michigan Center on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 11 am with Rev. Larry W Rubingh officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Thursday evening 6-8 pm.
