Sophia Kaatz (Ksiazkiewicz)'s Obituary
Kaatz, Sophia, (Maiden-Ksiazkiewicz) Age 101, of Napoleon Township, passed away at her home June 12, 2014. She is survived by her two sisters, Stella Nabozny and Lottie Pratt, step-daughter-in-law, Pat Kaatz, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joesph Kaatz and two brothers, Julian and Stanley Ksiazkiewicz. She and her late husband owned and operated the Page Inn Tavern in Jackson for many years. She enjoyed flower gardening and was a charter and the oldest member of Our Lady of Fatima Parish where a Memorial Mass celebrating her life will be held Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 11 am with Rev. Timothy MacDonald officiating. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to service time. Her cremated remains will be interred at St. Johns Cemetery, Jackson. Contributions in her memory are directed to Our Lady of Fatima.
