His Legacy... Stephan Douglas Henry, 57, passed away peacefully March 10, 2020. He was born on October 29, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan to Robert and Sandra (Meyers) Henry. Steve married the love of his life, Deborah Breckenridge, on June 3, 1997 in Taylor, Michigan. Steve was a husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend; he proudly stood in the role of provider. He will be remembered for all his hard work and dedication to his family. Steve was a master griller, he loved gardening, and spending time hunting and fishing.
His Family... Steve will be missed by his wife Deb; his children, Keith (Irene) , Scott (Kristen), Samantha, Sarah (Shawn) ; his mother Sandra; siblings, Jody Henry (Donnie); one grandchild Davis; nieces and nephews, Gabriella (Kody) and Eric; great niece and nephew, Quinn and J.P. and extended family members Henry, Meyers, Ferringer and Werner; along with Wallbridge family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert B. Henry, Jr.
His Farewell... Steve's family and friends will gather Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm; Sunday, March 15, 2020 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm; and Monday, March 16, 2020, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Borek Jennings Funeral Home; Braun Chapel where his Farewell will be held on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 11:00 am. Pastor Jeff Sheeks will serve as celebrant and burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, Brooklyn, Michigan. Memorial contributions are suggested to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
