I am so very saddened to hear of Steven's passing. I grew up having him as one of my best friends and after high school, we lost touch. I ended up calling a chiropractor's office one day for my son and low and behold, I knew right away who I was speaking with when he answered my call! We talked briefly and then text each other afterwards. Sadly, I got a new phone and didn't have his number any longer :( He was such a great friend while growing up and his laughter after many years of being apart, literally made me smile and laugh! Steven, I hope that you know how much your friendship meant to me as a kid, and I also hope you realize now, how sorry I am for not keeping in touch. You were always so spunky, so welcoming, so happy...I know that you will be the angel looking down on us every day! RIP my friend, one day I will see you again! <3

I met Steve when I was 15, while working at McDonald's. We quickly became buds! I have many memories that make me laugh! I remember driving around with him in his red Celica. We hung out outside of work, and he would hang out with my siblings, without me. My family loved and enjoyed him, and he the same for them. One of our most memorable moments was my graduation party!! ☺️Happy to have a picture of him from that night around the bonfire! He truly bonded with my older siblings that night, in a bar fight at the Polarbear!😂 Everytime I would see him, he would ask me about all of my family. I'm so fortunate to have reconnected with him these past two years!!! I got to hang out with him and laugh and talk, just like old days. Right now, I can just hear him saying, "hey Hon" ☺️ And also, in my head, I keep hearing him sing, Incubus' song, "Drive". ☺️ Everytime I mentioned that I love Incubus, he would agree and start singing his favorite song of theirs! He would say, "I love Incubus!" And then start singing..."whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there, with open arms and open eyes, yeah!" And I'd like to close this with Incubus lyrics, from their song, "I miss you"

So sad to see one of our fellow radiographers has passed away at such a young age. I haven’t seen Steve in several years since his time at Foote Hospital but I always remember him as always smiling, laughing and having such a positive attitude. He lit up the room and made us all smile. You will be missed, Steve. My condolences to his loved ones and friends.

Steve was a kind, considerate, intelligent and loving friend. His sense of humor was fabulous. He was warm and comforting and always made those around him feel included. Going to miss his big goofy smile and bear hugs. His passing has left a sad and empty place in our hearts. Dance with the angels big guy. My condolences to your family for their tremendous loss.

I knew Steve since we worked together at Tecumseh McDonald's. We had great times. We worked together again at Clinton McDonald's. He worked at my chiropractor office for a long time and I always enjoyed seeing him. Sorry for your loss. Steve was a terrific guy
