Terri-Lee Lynn Hodroj's Obituary
Terri-Lee Lynn Hodroj, 60, of Manchester, MI, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Life Care Center of Plainwell. Terri Lee’s family and friends will gather from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Eineder Funeral Homes - Manchester Chapel. Burial will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Terri Lee was born on January 17, 1966, in Detroit, MI, to William Lipko and Linda-Lee Gaskin. After high school she completed a secretarial training program at Ross Business Institute, Dearborn. Terri started her career as an Account Receivable Clear at Yale Materials, Livonia. Her work life included: Temp Clerk/QA Coordinator in an automotive environment/Big 3 in the Metro-Detroit area. Quality Assurance Coordinator at Davison Interiors – Textron, Westland; Corporate Quality Planning Secretary, Key Plastic, Plymouth (Her favorite job); Secretary /Clerk GS-6, Secretary to Chief of Staff 7th ATC, Vilseck, Germany; and Technical Administrative Assistant, Daimler Chrysler AG, PROC, Detroit, MI. Terri-Lee married Ibrahim Hodroj on February 14, 1991, in Dearborn, MI. Terri was an incredible partner, daughter, granddaughter and sister. She supported and championed her family without exception in every aspect of their life. Her family is struggling to imagine life without our Terri-Lee. Her love was unconditional and with abandon; she had a big heart and demanded it from her close family. Terri will be remembered for her razor-sharp wit and beaming smile; her love for ancestry research; beta testing new software technologies; her advocacy for State medical marijuana laws/patients’ rights; and her deep affection for animals, especially puppies.
Terri Lee will be missed by her husband of 35 years, Ibrahim Hodroj; her children, DJ Hanna and Kay-Lee Ann Hodroj; her sister, Alicia DeGon; her brother, Sammy House; her half-sister, Holly Stephens; her aunts, Donna Omans and Neva Stanley; many nieces and nephews; and many extended family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Linda-Lee; and her grandmother, Gloria Leipus.
