Terri Lynn Taylor's Obituary
Age 55, of Jackson, passed away at Henry Ford Allegiance Health on Saturday, August 21st, 2021. She was born at Foote Hospital in Jackson, the daughter of Jon and Patricia (VanVorst) Hall.
Terri is survived by her beloved family; her son, Mark (Michael Paladino) Taylor of New York City; daughter, Brooke Taylor of Jackson; Loyal and loving four legged companion, Ivy Blue; her father, Jon Hall of Jackson; father of her children, Steve Taylor of Michigan Center; two brothers, Troy and Todd Hall; brother-in-law, Jack Moore; nieces and nephews; and her caregiver and dear friend, Abbey Soltis Pennington and her family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Pat Hall and sister, Tracy Hall.
Terri was a 1983 graduate of Michigan Center High School. She went on to have a long rewarding career as office manager and bookkeeper with a local law firm now known as Best, Heyns, Schroeder and Best, P.C. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to Mark and Brooke. She was treasured her entire life for her big heart and infectious, affable demeanor.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation will be held at Arthur-Day Funeral Home on Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 6 to 8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 11:00 am with Reverend Larry Rubingh officiating. Terri's family is requesting that attendees of the visitation and services please wear a mask to protect those compromised like Terri.
