Terry Lee Hawley, 68, from Michigan Center, MI, unexpectedly passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. Family will hold a private family gathering at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel.
He was born on November 13, 1956, in Jackson, MI. Terry married the love of his life, Frona Lee Pond, on October 25, 1980, in Jackson, MI. He spent over 35 years at Chelsea Milling (Jiffy) as a maintenance worker, which he loved dearly, until retirement. Terry enjoying fishing, gardening and playing video games in his spare time, but his true passion was being a grandpa. He will be remembered as a fun, devoted husband, father and grandpa, who will truly be missed by those who loved him.
Terry will be missed by his children, Jacob (Marcie) Hawley and Catlin (Charles) Hawley; his brothers, Marty Hawley and Mickey Hawley; his grandchildren, Serenity Pawson and Justus Pawson; his sister-in-law, Tina Howard; his brother-in-law, Rick Pond; and his best friend, Brian Freysinger. He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Hawley; his wife, Frona Hawley; his mother-in-law, Noreen Pond; his father-in-law, Glen Pond; his friend, Jacko; and his neighbor, Roy Roberts.
