Theodore Joseph "Ted" VanDePerre's Obituary
Age 80, passed away with loved ones at his side in Vista Grande Villa August 27, 2016. He is survived by five children, Steven J (Jeri Lynn Riggle) VanDePerre, Kevin L (Kimberly Andringa) VanDePerre, Mark W (Diane Pharr) VanDePerre, Kaleel VanDePerre, Sean (Lauren) Miller, 6 Grandchildren, Ian, Kyle (Amber), Garrett, Kaleb (Piper), Ethan, and Heidi. Sister Suzanne (Larry) White and brothers Michael VanDePerre (widowed wife Sandra). Ted has one surviving Aunt Willodean Cassady. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Vivian (Burdette Cassady) VanDePerre. Ted retired from Alma Plastics, and worked for many years at Schmidt's Nursery in Jackson. He was a member of the Our Lady of Fatima's Knights of Columbus in Michigan Center where visitation and mass will be held. Thursday September 8, 2016 from 5:00 - 7:00 followed by Recitation of the Rosary; and visitation will be from 9:30 - 10:30 followed by a Memorial Mass on Friday, September 9, 2016 with Father Tim MacDonald officiating. Contributions in his memory are directed to Our Lady of Fatima Knights of Columbus or the Lumen Christi Titans Club.
