Wiliam Fayette Siscoe Junior Hamlin's Obituary
William Fayette Siscoe Junior Hamlin, 83, of Jackson, Michigan, passed away peacefully at his home on September 16, 2024. Siscoe’s family and friends will gather from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel. His funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m.
Siscoe was born on July 4, 1941, in Pruden, Kentucky, to General Andrew Jackson Siscoe and Bertha (Partin) Hamlin. Siscoe married the love of his life, Sharon, on June 10, 1960, at Sharon’s Family home. They shared 64 wonderful years of life together. Siscoe graduated from Vandercook Lake High School where he was a star football and basketball player. He will be remembered as a faithful employee at Aeroquip Corporation for 40 years. Siscoe made the life changing decision to be saved in the summer of 2023. His family would like to say special thanks to Jan and Terry Riddle for their support and constant prayers, his special niece Pamela O’Connell for the love and moral support, his special nephew Shannon Ireland for all his help and keeping it light when it was greatly needed and finally to Henry Ford Hospice.
Siscoe will be missed by his wife Sharon; his children, Christopher Alan, Jay Patrick (Theresa); 1 grandchild, Brena; 2 great grandchildren, Jazzy and Jorell. He is preceded in death by his parents, General Andrew Jackson Siscoe and Bertha Hamlin, his daughter, Kellie Michelle, five brothers, five sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
