William James Garrison's Obituary
Age 76, of Jackson, passed away August 7, 2020 at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. He is survived by his children; James Garrison and Shirley Rockey, several grandchildren, brother; Richard (Patricia) Garrison and caregiver; Cathy Bliss. He was preceded in death by his parents; Donald V. and E. Mateel (maiden-Hunt) Garrison. Bill was a retired supervisor from Doosan (Clark Equipment) at the Jackson, MI and Statesville, NC plants. He was a past Master at the Coolidge Lodge Free and Accepted Masons in Michigan Center and a life member of the St. Aidan's Episcopal Church. Bill's Golden Years were forever changed with the debilitating effects of Lewy Body Dementia. Private interment services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Contributions in his memory are directed to the St. Aidan's Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
