William LeRoy Lambert's Obituary
Age 76, formerly of Ackerson Lake passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side September 2, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years; Diane, daughters; Kimberly (Joey) Benson Michelle (Tim) Boomer and Ashlee Adams, grandchildren; Jeremy Boomer, Jessica (James) Wiel, Zachary Benson and Rebekah Benson, great-grandchildren; Jayden, Arianna, Skyler, Mary Lynn and Wyatt, his family dog; Abbie and three grandpups; Quiche, Raven and Dixie. He was preceded in death by his parents; Leon and Rosaltha (maiden-Winchell) Lambert, brother; Edward Lambert and his mother and father-in-law; Glen and Mary Boland. He was a machinist for 41 years at Aeroquip and served the nation in the US Army Reserve. He enjoyed spending his time on the lake, going for drives to nowhere, being with his family and going to car shows and dealerships. He was a loving and caring husband, father, son, brother, uncle and grandfather. A Memorial Service to Celebrate his Life will be held at the funeral home Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 11 am with his long time friend Forrest Connelly officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 am until service time. The family would like to thank the Henry Ford Allegiance 7th floor nurses and CNAs, CareLine Physicians and Hospice Group for all their care and compassion they gave.
