William J. Lynn's Obituary
82 years old, of Summit Township, passed away July 6, 2016 at his home under the loving care of his family and Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice. He is survived by his beloved wife Joan; six children, William C. (Susan) Lynn of Muskegon, Laura J. Lynn of Delaware, Christine L. Commet of Jackson, Steven M. (Cathy) Lynn of Vandercook Lake, Dr. Matthew J. (Kelly) Lynn of Nebraska and Kathryn A. (Daniel) Alexander of Jackson; 15 grandchildren; three great grandchildren and brother, Daniel (Margaret) Lynn of Alden. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Donna Anderson and Lila Janousek. William was a loving husband, father and grandfather; Founder of William C. Lynn Inc., Heat Treating Specialists; was a US Air Force Veteran and a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2620 Francis Street, Jackson, MI 49203, where a Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11:00 am with Pastor Ross Mahan officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00 am until service time. For those who wish, contributions in his memory to Lutheran Hour Ministries, 660 Mason Ridge Center, St. Louis, MO 63141 would be appreciated. At his request cremation has taken place.
