William Joe White's Obituary
William “Joe” White, 61, of Jackson, passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 10, 2022 after a lengthy illness at Medilodge Nursing Home in East Lansing with his family by his side.
Joey was born on November 17, 1960 to Billy Joe and Sharon (Whedon) White. He will be remembered as being the life of the party, always ready to have a good time. Joey was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed gardening. He was very artistic and loved to paint, he also was very versed in the bible. Joey loved to play poker with his friends. He was a very strong willed man that knew what he wanted and went for it. He attended every family gathering until it was no longer possible. Joey was very proud of his children and family.
Joey is survived by his children Nicole Thomasson, Sarah Ramirez, Samantha Fuentes-Briones, and Joseph White-Miller; his mother, Sharon Smith; sister, Bonnie Hayworth; 9 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe; and a sister, Jeannie Cherry.
