Ok….
The memory I am going to post in the book doesn’t meet typical standards.
CJ was a hoot…Travis and myself arrived in July for our impromptu reception…Everyone was very gracious ,but, as I recall Patty kinda got us there.
Poor CJ had to be subjected to setting up an event via snap of the fingers.
My mother’s charms and cigars were passed around and the life of the party was found.
CJ accepted me without question.
We talked, we laughed, we contemplated life.
Not necessarily in that order.
I was fortunate to have met a man that believed not only in his son… cherished his other children and made it a point to allow each one to define their own path.
Regardless of personal wants.
CJ left a definitive mark.
Regardless of how met or interacted with.
Truely a timestamp.
