Dan Jendza
to the family of Dave Bonkowski, please accept my most heartfelt sorrow for your loss. When I met Dave he worked in salary personnel at the Ford Sterling Axle Plant. He hired me in 1973 and we've been friends since. Although we haven't seen much of each other over the past years we did e-mail and of course the annual Christmas card. We did fish couple of times and there was the ice fishing trip to Clear Lake that ...well...we'll leave it at that. Dave and I also spent time together at the Ford Batavia Plant, Oh my McCabes Bar I'll never forget. Dave got me to like country music "back when country wasn't cool". A tear comes to my eye as I finish this note, many many memories of Dave. It is an honor to know him. I pray for you my friend and will miss your e-mails. May Dave's soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace. Amen. Dan Jendza retired Ford Engineer.
