I had the pleasure of working with Frances on many projects at USI. When Frances was assigned to your project, you knew it was in good hands and it was going to be completed and handled in the best possible way. Frances was so knowledgeable and dedicated she seemed almost superhuman sometimes. She was selfless and had a big heart. We would share stories and her and I both had really close relationships with our sisters. She was so proud and so fond of her nephew. I think of Frances often and I miss her strong presence here at USI. She will always be fondly remembered and will hold a place in high esteem with me.

I had the pleasure of working with Frances when I started with USI in late 2021. She brought me up to speed on a few big projects for our department. The short time I worked with her, she always been professional, helpful, kind and a pleasure to work with.

She will be missed and may she rest in peace.

Frances will be sorely missed by her USI family. She was a force to be reckoned with. Frances would make sure you have everything you need to get your tasks complete and would make sure you completed them. She also took the time to know you and ask about you, family and furfamily. Frances impressed me with remembering what was going on in my crazy life. I am still coming to terms with the fact that we will not be able to reach out to have a chat about everything. I will miss Frances. To her family, please know so many of us, near and far, hold a special place in our hearts and her spirit will live on in each of us.

I had the privilege of working with Frances on a few projects and got to know her professionally and personally over the past couple of years. She didn't mess around when it came to her projects so you knew they were going to be done right. She wasn't just all business, she had a great sense of humor, which came out during our phone conversations. I will truly miss her!!

I had the privilege of being France's manager for the past 5+ years and it was an honor to help her and watch her grow into her role as a Project Manager. Coming from a Support background, being a Project Manager was new to her. She was hesitant at first, but in true Frances fashion, she dug right in and made it her own. She was tough, but fair, and her no nonsense approach to things was appreciated by her business partners and those she worked with. She was well liked and respected by her teammates and business lines she managed projects for. She genuinely cared about her customer/partners needs and took the time to learn as much about their requests and business as she could to successfully manage their projects. She helped me be a better manager too and allowed me to grown in my role by challenging things she felt didn't make sense and making me rethink things at times. One of her main partners told me "we will definitely miss her witty comments" and I think that is another side of Frances that people who worked with her got to see. I agree, we will miss her!
