To Ed I was simply Greg “ the pinstriper”. I’m so sad I did not realize he has passed until I saw the obit for his brother AJ. My daily bright spot was my stop at the Ford dealer and brief chats with Ed and AJ.
You need to know that Ed ,through his words and actions, was probably my main template for how I wanted to raise my young family. My father was not as involved as Ed was in parenting. I saw in Ed a different ( better) way to raise my family then I was raised. ……I am forever thankful that Ed appeared in my life to show me a better way to parent ( and I told him that after he retired on a visit to see him @ his home in Jackson).
