Grace, her husband Harold & Duke lived across the street from us on Woodland Ave. They were such a wonderful & caring couple. We were heartbroken when Harold died as we are now with the passing of Grace. We will always remember them.The Town family
A few favorite Aunt Gracie memories...she was my second mom at the age of 3 the same year I met my FFIL (first friend in life) her daughter Lori...WHAT, we have the same name and my middle name is her sisters name...yup "Lori Sue"...always brings a smile to my face. I loved our connected backyard fun together and remember Aunt Gracie whistling in her backyard while hanging clothes outside on their lines and loving us kids running all over. Halloween just passed not without memories of our neighborhood friends getting together at the end of the evening enjoying a fire in her fireplace and getting candy out of our pillow cases and running all over the house...sweet fun. I've loved our visits together and have enjoyed our wonderful stories and laughs over the years. She was truly a blessing to us and will be missed by all. Love you Aunt Gracie and just know you will always have a special place in my heart!
Gracie was a second mom to all the neighborhood kids growing up in Michigan Center.It was always so fun to be around her and her laugh made you feel good.One of many memories of her was at Christmas time.She loved decorating and us kids always got together and made Christmas candy in her kitchen every year.We always looked forward to it.Thank you Gracie for leaving us with wonderful childhood memories.
I loved Gracie ! Didn't everyone?! She always had a twinkle in her eyes ,a quick smile and made me feel she cared .
