Jean Carol Farr's Obituary
Age 71, of Michigan Center, passed away at her home on Monday, April 26, 2021 under the loving care of her sister, Joan Farr and brother-in-law, Bruce Eaton. She was born on May 13, 1949 in Jackson, Michigan to Willard C. Farr and Helen L. Farr. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Jean was a graduate of Michigan Center High School, class of 1967; then earned her Bachelor's Degree in archeology from Michigan State University in 1972. She went on to have a career with the State of Michigan Department of Transportation.
She was an avid reader and loved history and science. She loved animals and had dogs throughout her life and loved them deeply. She was generous and loving and will be dearly missed.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be scheduled at a future date. For those who wish, contributions in Jean's memory may be given to Cascades Humane Society, 1515 Carmen Drive, Jackson, MI 49202.
