Such a likeable man. Great sense of humor with a touch of crazy. I remember my dad driving us to play tennis at FHS in our brown Rambler convertable. And he chased us as dad pulled into the street and climbed onto the trunk. He road there hanging onto the back where the top folded in. He was chuckling and cracking jokes the whole ride there.
Sorry we didnt find out till now. Great neighbors for many years, Great husband, Father and Grandfather. Always interested in kids in neighborhood.
I remember your father fondly Jackie & am so terribly sorry for your family & the entire Hunt family. I'm sure your mother has welcomed him with open arms into the gates of heaven. Sending you love.
I had the honor of retaining the wisdom and humor that Joe brought to everyone's life for a short time while working at Brooklyn Living Center. He became more like family to me and I enjoyed every minute of it. He would tell me stories of his children and the wife he loved and missed dearly. I believe his words of wisdom and smart Witt is something I'll embrace for many years to come. I am sadden for his loss but empowered that he is with his wonderful wife. Thank you Joe for being you and listening to me complain about everyday life and giving me the encouragement I needed to see it through. You will dearly be missed. Ashley Marcum
