Michael John Keller's Obituary
Michael John Keller, 62, of Manchester, passed away May 16, 2023, at home surrounded by family, after a brief illness. Michael’s family and friends will gather Monday, May 22, 2023, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Eineder Funeral Homes - Manchester Chapel. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 11:00 am with visitation at 10:00 until time of service at Bethel United Church of Christ, 10425 Bethel Church Rd, Manchester. Reverend David Bucholtz will serve as celebrant.
He was born on April 6, 1961, in Saline, Michigan to James and Norma (Taylor) Keller. Michael will be remembered as a witty, fun-loving man, which showed in his stylish fashion. He shared his love of life with many people. He was a die-hard Michigan football fan, a season ticket holder, even attending the Rose Bowl. He enjoyed traveling with his Mom and Dad, especially to the Bahamas and Hawaii and to visit his brother in Florida. Michael graduated from Saline High School, class of 1979. He was a resident at Eisenhower Center in Manchester for 3 years. Michael was employed at Chelsea Lumber in Saline and Bridgewater for about 30 years.
Michael will be missed by his mother Norma; brothers Kevin (Roxanne) Keller of Manchester, and Eric (Alayne) Keller of Summerfield, Florida; niece Kelci (Scott) Conway, nephew Kelton Keller, great nephew Gavyn Conway, aunt Nancy Keller, cousins Jeff Keller, Brian Keller, Angela Keller, Travis Taylor, Angie Miller, and Christa Taylor. He is preceded in death by his father James, uncles John Keller and Michael Taylor and cousin Corey Keller.
The family would like to give special thanks to Eisenhower Center, Elara Caring Hospice and Chelsea Lumber for all the caring and support for Michael over the years.
