I have fond memories of visiting with Ruby when we were neighbors on North Harris Street.. Earlier when I worked as a playground supervisor, Ruby let my young son Todd stay in the office on cold days. So nice! Rest in peace, Ruby. Carol Hoeft
So sorry for your loss (two days before Mother’s Day, but rejoicing for Ruby. Ruby always had a special part of my heart. When I moved back from Oklahoma alone with two babies and I rented this awful rundown apartment Ruby and Maryann Ealy showed up with groceries, rolled up their sleeves and started cleaning that filthy apartment. ❤️
