We'll walk you through the steps to come. When you're ready, we'll arrange transportation and bring the loved one into our care.

Ask a family member or friend to spread the news of your loved one's passing, remembering to inform neighbors and employers.

Step 4

Prepare forour meeting

Reflect on your loved one's unique journey and final wishes. This helps us craft a personalized service that beautifully honors their life.

If cost is a concern, we want you to know: there is always a way to gather. Our Private Family Service is a private viewing and ceremony of up to one hour for up to 20 loved ones, held within 30 hours of passing. It includes our full professional care — transfer, preparation, transportation to the final resting place, and a Silver Video Tribute. Every family deserves a moment to come together, and we're here to make sure that happens.
